Guideline   (Beginner,Layout) Adopt or follow a consistent direction for the goal refinement/decomposition hierarchy as much as possible. Open Version

Discussion: Adopting a consistent direction for the goal refinement and decomposition hierarchy helps in overall readability, understandability, and therefore the usability of the models. Also, using such hierarchical structure allows modelers to fuse data and reduce cognitive burden on the users of the model by breaking higher level main goals into lower level sub-goals.
