Discussion: Goals have the naming convention of “Goal Be Achieved” such as: Product Be Developed, Infrastructure Be Installed, and System Be Tested. Goals should not to be confused with the Tasks, which start with verbs such as: Collect the payment, Process the request, and Test the module. Sometimes, deviation from this Goal naming convention could be allowed, however, if the naming convention seems a bit unnatural.
