4.3.5 One-Side Dependency
As mentioned in Section 1.4.1.3, Strategic Dependency involves a Depender, Dependum, and Dependee. There are cases, however, where a strategic dependency is modeled using One-Side Dependency, which could be established from the Depender to the Dependum or from the Dependum to the Dependee. In the former case, the Depender wants Goal to be achieved, but no Dependee is available. In the latter case, the Dependee has the ability to achieve Goal, but there is no Depender for that Goal
